About Amiri
Amiri, designed by Khaled Hosny and Sebastian Kosch, is a classical serif font introduced in the early 2000s. It revives the Naskh style used by Bulaq Press in Cairo, now known as Amiria Press. Amiri gracefully supports Arabic, Latin, and Latin-ext scripts, offering italic and normal styles, perfect for setting elegant, readable text.
