Syne Mono, designed by Bonjour Monde and Lucas Descroix, emerged in 2017 for the Art Center Synesthésie in Saint-Denis. This monospace font blends futuristic, playful elements with unexpected curves, processed by DataFace to switch on-curve points to off-curve, creating a quirky, distressed style. It supports Latin scripts and complements its stylish siblings, Syne and Syne Tactile.
